Per WABC, Jerich Marco Alcantara's E train was so severely delayed Tuesday that he was unable to make it to his Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing graduation in time. When he jokingly thanked his fellow passengers for attending his graduation, he and his friends turned the experience into a makeshift ceremony. 。
