The world has seen plenty of fire and fury, including the atomic bombings at Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the 72nd anniversaries of which are being observed this week.
With Seoul, a city of around 10 million people, only 35 miles from the North Korean border, any inflammatory language risks millions of lives. Tokyo is also frequently mentioned as a North Korean target.
Pyongyang doesn't need to develop nuclear missiles that can hit Honolulu and Los Angeles to kill a horrifying number of people, although it's working toward that.
It's a sensitive situation that Trump, obviously, doesn't seem well-equipped for -- and people are understandably scared.
