1.1芝士切丁
2.2主料準備好
3.1雞蛋打好 ,加適量麵粉攪拌均勻
4.2青椒胡蘿卜切很碎的小丁
5.隨後放入芝士丁、或蘿卜和青椒丁 ,棒棒攪拌成均勻的芝士做法麵糊
6.鍋裏放適量油 ,燒至5層熟,蛋卷倒入蛋液糊
7.用最小火,待蛋液凝固成形後 ,慢慢從一邊卷起
8.卷好後切段,用竹簽串起來就可以了
