Politico caught Donald Trump Jr. and Robert Mueller very awkwardly hanging out at the same airport gate in Washington D.C. on Friday.。

In the photo, Don Jr. -- or as he likes to call himself in his gym selfies, Donald Pump -- leans against the back wall talking on the phone. Despite his camouflage hat, he fails to blend into the airport's stark gray wall because he's wearing an unreasonably bright teal shirt. Robert Mueller, meanwhile, very pointedly stares at the newspaper in his hands. If he just looked up and behind him he would make eye contact with the son of the man he's leading an investigation against.。

The awkwardness in that airport is so tense, you can feel it through the photo. 。

Politico snapped the photo just one day after Trump's former lawyer, Michael Cohen, claimed that he'd tell Mueller that the president, during the campaign, knew about a sketchy 2016 meeting between Trump Jr. and Russians offering dirt on Hillary Clinton. 。
