replacement host, Arnold Schwarzenegger, by cracking a bizarre joke in the form of a prayer about ratings.。

After noting his own "tremendous success" as the reality show's host, he called out the show's drop in ratings since Schwarzenegger took over.

"They hired a big, big movie star, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to take my place, and we know how that turned out," Trump said at the Prayer Breakfast, for reasons no one could quite understand. "The ratings went right down the tubes. It’s been a total disaster," he went on, "and Mark will never ever bet against Trump again." 。

Then came the ridiculously inappropriate and untimely punchline: "I want to just pray for Arnold, if we can, for those ratings." He then laughed at his joke. 。

Following the joke, Schwarzenegger's spokesperson dropped a statement explaining the actor is also praying for Trump's presidential approval ratings, and hopes he will start "taking his job seriously and working inclusively."
