According to WDAY 6, Duke, 9, is nearing the end of his second term. At the 6th Annual Cormorant Daze festival this past weekend, Duke celebrated his inevitable reelection.。

Locals say Duke has a high approval rating.。

"I don't know who would run against him," Karen Nelson told WDAY 6. "He's done such great things for the community."。
