Invited to the White House. Appeared on Shark Tank. Graduated from middle school.
Quite the résumé for a 14-year-old from Memphis.
Yet for Moziah Bridges, his young age did not hold him back from the dream of owning his own clothing line. Now CEO of Mo’s Bows Handmade Bow Ties, Bridges can speak to what it means to #DreamFearlessly.
That’s why we invited Bridges, and a few other fearless kids, to discuss what inspires them to pursue their passion at “Kid Talks,” a celebration of the power of kids’ imaginations.
Joining Bridges on Sunday, July 31 in Atlanta will be 13-year-old Amber Kelley, 11-year-old Mikaila Ulmer, 13-year-old Asia Newsonand 18-year-old Jaylen Bledsoe. Chef and star of her own YouTube channel, Cook with Amber, Kelley is part of celebrity chef Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube network, and will be featured on the upcoming series Food Network Star Kids. Ulmer, who has already had her lemonade Me & the Bees, picked up by Whole Foods Market, also facilitates workshops about entrepreneurship and honeybees. Newson (aka "Super Business Girl") is another young entrepreneur who makes and sells her own candles, and encourages other children to “recognize their true potential.” Bledsoe, who at age 12 launched his own information technology consulting company, is now an investor in innovation with The Jaylen D. Bledsoe Global Group.
