Spotify has paired with Calm to bring relaxation and sleep content to the music-focused streaming service.
A certain amount of free Calm content will be available to Spotify users, while other content will require a subscription or free trial. As it stands, Calm has put out a total of 11 shows on Spotify, including Calm for Beginners, Calm for Stress & Anxiety, Calm for Meditation, Calm for Sleep, Calm for Kids, and Camila Cabello's mindfulness show. Each show has a certain amount of free content while the remaining content requires a subscription or free trial.
"One of the challenges of practicing mindfulness is finding time for it amid the many demands of day-to-day life," read a press release from Calm. "That's why we've teamed up with Spotify to make some of our best content conveniently available in the Spotify podcast catalog."

There is a wide range of free content, like, for instance a half-hour long sleep track walking you through the streets of Paris. The offerings from Calm are a part of Spotify Open Access, a feature added in 2021 that allows partners to put content behind different tiers of subscription paywalls. Basically this feature allows you to try out something like Calm without downloading a new app or paying an entire subscription cost.
So if you've ever been curious about using an app to meditate or sleep, now is your chance.
