1.12五花肉洗淨後切片 。

2.21放入cook100蒜香燒烤醬。

3.加入適量黑胡椒,放置一邊醃製半個小時。花肉

4.鍋內倒入少量油把醃製好的五花肉倒入鍋內 。

5.把五花肉攤開在鍋底小火慢慢煎。

6.煎到五花肉邊緣微微翹起。

7.把之前醃製五花肉的盆內加入少量水跟剩餘調料調和均勻後倒入鍋內。

8.開中火慢慢燒開。

9.待鍋內的水收幹即可。
