Just because your team is outgunned in Counter-Strike: Global Offensivedoesn't mean you can't pull off an insane win. You just have to have pro-level accuracy and nerves of steel.
CS:GOpro and Astralis team member Peter "Dupreeh" Rothmann was on fire during the Intel Extreme Master Katowice grand finals match against FaZe Clan on Sunday, helping Astralis win its second tournament of 2017. In one round in particular, Dupreeh's skills with the Desert Eagle pistol not only won Astralis a key round, but earned Dupreeh the best play of the tournament and arguably the best play of 2017.

With superior weaponry, FaZe Clan's five players moved quickly against Astralis's Danish squad, but Dupreeh was ready to meet them with his hand cannon. FaZe came around the corner focusing on two other Astralis players, which was the perfect distraction for Dupreeh who planted two bullets into the body of the aggressive entry attacker for his first kill.
As the next three FaZe players shot at Astralis and moved forward, Duphreeh held his angle and pulled the trigger with pinpoint accuracy. Pop. Pop. Pop. Three clean headshots.
FaZe was down to one last attacker and Dupreeh swung around to the bombsite's other entry point and ended the round with a fourth headshot, earning him an ace and giving Astralis the economy advantage to win the game.
Right after the final shot, Dupreeh popped off, hugged his coach Danny "Zonic" Sørensen and received a well-deserved high-five. Unfortunately he was so excited that he forgot to pick up his fallen opponent's AK-47 and had to spend his hard-earned money on a rifle in the next round.
