Prime Day 2024 finally released its July dates, and with them come an avalanche of competing sales. Target is among the rival retailers to launch their summer sales with the return of Circle Week, coming July 7 through 13. While other retailers require a paid membership to shop the deals, Target's Circle membership is free and gains you full access to all the deals. Target claims this is their "biggest sale of the season", so we're locked in to see if that's actuallytrue, especially when it's competing against the behemoth of Amazon.
Ahead of the sale, Target has released some sneak peak deals. The focus of Circle Week is deals for the whole family with markdowns on toys, kitchen, home, and food and beverage. Here's what we know so far.
Target Circle Week kicks off July 7 at 2 a.m. CTand runs through July 13on Target.com. While most of the deals will arrive on July 7, Target is bringing back deals of the day — some of which you can shop in-person, including a Starbucks Buy a Beverage, Get One 50% off.
If you like to compare prices like us, these deals fall inconveniently right before Prime Day, which runs July 16th and 17th.
As the name implies, Circle Week is for Circle members. The good news? Unlike Prime or Walmart+ membership, Circle Membership is totally free. It's more of a rewards program than a paid service, however, members get to enjoy daily Circle deals and cash back bonuses. So if you're not a member of any retailers membership program, Target Circle is the one to join — it quite literally costs nothing.
In addition to the base membership program, Target also offers Target Circle 360, a paid membership program that gets your orders to you faster. 360 members enjoy unlimited same day delivery and free two-day shipping, similar to the delivery benefits of Amazon Prime.
Prime Day deals span every category, and we expect to see the same during Target Circle Week. However, according to the company's press release, there will be a focus on toys, kitchen, and back-to-school items.
Plus, there are opportunities to spend and save. When Circle members spend $50 on home care products, they'll receive a $15 Target gift card, and when they spend $40 on select products from Ulta Beauty at Target, they'll receive a $10 gift card.
Additionally, expect to see 50% off toys and up to 40% on kitchen and floor care tools. While the deals aren't officially coming until July 7, here are the deals you can start shopping now.
