In a promo for next week's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian shares that she and Kanye West are going to try to have another sibling for North and Saint West.

"I want my kids to have siblings," Kim explains. "But the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me."
Kris Jenner seems to agree with the doctors. Leaning on what looks like a bed in a doctor's office, she tells Kim that she doesn't want Kim to put herself in "danger."
The 36-year-old reality star is a mother to North, 3, and 1-year-old Saint. She has been vocal about how difficult her two pregnancies have been, and was open about exploring surrogacy in a previous episode of the show to avoid health complications.
