Justin Timberlake isn't a stranger to controversy, so you would think he would know better than to walk right into a Twitter storm, but here we are.
The singer, who is busy promoting his upcoming album Man of the Woods, waded back into the pool of bad decisions after wearing a Time's Up pin at this year's Golden Globes, despite working with director Woody Allen, who has been accused of sexual assault by his adopted daughter Dylan Farrow.
Farrow has been outspoken about the hypocrisy of Hollywood heavyweights who don't walk the talk—or in other words, who support women who have endured sexual misconduct and yet continue to work with those accused of that very same misconduct. But just in case Timberlake wasn't clear on how he is a part of the problem too, on Tuesday, Farrow responded to one of his tweets in an exchange that is *chef's kiss* perfection.

FIRST OF ALL, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, the phrase actually is "you can'thaveyour cake and eat it, too."
SECOND OF ALL, Dylan Farrow would like your attention now.
Farrow quickly jumped on Twitter to give Timberlake an answer to his "random question" he is sure not to forget.

"The saying means, for example, you can’t support #TimesUP and praise sexual predators at the same time," Farrow tweeted. "You can’t retain your credibility as an activist (i.e. - retain the cake) and, at the same time, praise a sexual predator (i.e. - eating the cake)."
Any other questions, Justin?
