1.準備好刁子魚、大蔥、香酥生薑 、剁椒刁鱼蒜,香酥
2.1大蔥、生薑 、蒜瓣切好;澱粉用水調勻備用。
3.2刁子魚收拾幹淨 ,用刀在魚身切出花刀(便於醃製入味);抹上少許鹽醃半小時。
4.1小火將魚煎至兩麵焦黃 。
5.2鍋中油熱 ,爆薑片;下入刁子魚。
6.1鍋中餘油,爆香蔥蒜。
7.2盛入盤中備用。
8.倒入紅剁椒。
9.加入生抽 。
10.淋入適量冷水 ,加入胡椒粉 ,煮開。
11.將澱粉水倒入鍋中,勾薄芡 。
12.欠汁淋在刁子魚上即可。
