A slightly bewildered stork headed inside with the humans to take refuge from Hurricane Matthew.
Staff at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm and Zoological Park shared a photo Thursday of a marabou stork waiting out the storm inside a zoo restroom.
While we're sure the bird is very self-sufficient, this wasn't its idea — keepers moved all their birds and mammals inside for shelter before the storm hit.
Please remember to flush, Mr. Stork.
