A Florida lawyer who rails against drunk drivers in commercials and on his website was charged with driving under the influence on Sunday morning when he was pulled over for speeding in his Lamborghini through a 35 MPH zone.
David Maloney was arrested a little after 2 a.m. before reportedly being released about eight hours later, on $500 bond.

"If anything," he continues, "I'm going to be the one going after you."
Maloney also berates drunk drivers on his law firm's website.
"We aggressively pursue cases against irresponsible drunk drivers and the bars, restaurants and social hosts who serve alcohol to already intoxicated patrons or minors," the site says.
Maloney doesn't seem to have hurt anyone, so at least he won't be fielding calls to represent his victims.
