But you probably didn't guess "Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga," because there's no reason you would have. This doesn't look anything like either of them.。

Cooper's slimmed down a lot to look more "rock star" than "action star," and he's sporting a bushy beard that we're not entirely sure is real. 。

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga -- a.k.a. Stefani Germanotta, the name she'll be using in the film's credits -- looks nothing like herself without the outrageous clothes or heavy makeup.

Mind you, this isn't a knock on either of them; we're very curious to see what comes of this film, especially since it marks Cooper's directorial debut. Germanotta, meanwhile, will be providing original music.。 Cooper's。Cooper's。

is the fourth version of this film in the past century, following the 1937 original, the 1954 remake starring Judy Garland and James Mason, and the 1976 remake starring Barbra Streisand and Kris Kristofferson.
